Bold and quirky content, communicating the Cell C Way

The Brief
Cell C launched an internal campaign titled ‘The Cell C Way’ which encouraged staff to change their approach to one that focussed on “customer first”. Along with the launch of the campaign, Cell C wanted a set of content pieces that they could share with staff to promote the launch of the initiative. 

The Solve
We created a set of quirky content pieces that were playful and easy to share on social media, each focussing on a member/key contact on the customer journey, and how they impacted the customer’s experience of the brand. The set of content was shared on the internal communication network, as well as on some social media channels.
